Are there steps I can take before calling for emergency service?

If your system fails to heat properly, we recommend that you check the following before calling us for assistance: • Check your thermostat to be sure it’s set above room temperature. • Check the Emergency switch is in the “ON” position • Check to see if all fuses are in operating condition • Check the gauge on your fuel tank to be certain there is fuel in the tank.

What is your minimum delivery?

Our minimum delivery requirement is 100 gallons.

Why do heating oil prices fluctuate?

Heating oil demand is seasonal. When crude oil prices are stable, home heating oil prices tend to rise in the winter months—October through March—when demand for heating oil is highest.

How much heating oil do I need?

A homeowner might use 850 gallons to 1,200 gallons of heating oil during a typical winter and consume very little during the rest of the year.
